According to the long-distance transportation requirements between two locations, the fully electric transfer vehicle can achieve the extension and condensation functions in both height and width directions by relying on the telescopic electric actuation. Therefore, the condensed fully electric transfer vehicle can be loaded into the transport standard semi-trailer carriage for transportation. The telescopic electric actuation converts the rotational motion of the screw of the electric cylinder into the linear motion of the nut, providing thrust for the height and width adjustment movement of the gantry, achieving the telescopic function of the fully electric transfer vehicle.

Flow

The operation process of loading and unloading containers by fully electric transfer vehicles is as follows:

(1) Press the "lifting" button on the remote control to control the lifting of the gantry of the all electric transfer vehicle to the initial position (the initial position is when the lifting gantry is extended to the maximum external size);

(2) Operate the remote control to control the all electric transfer vehicle to travel empty to the destination container position, so that the container is under the lifting gantry, facilitating the hook to dock with the container;

(3) Press the "descent" button on the remote control to control the lifting gantry of the all electric transfer vehicle to descend to the appropriate height, and operate the remote control to complete the connection between the hook and the container;

(4) Press the "lifting" button on the remote control to control the lifting of the gantry of the all electric transfer vehicle and complete the lifting and lifting of the container from the ground;

(5) Operate the remote control to control the all electric transfer vehicle box to travel near the destination semi-trailer;

(6) Press the "Lift" button on the remote control to control the lifting gantry of the all electric transfer vehicle to rise to the highest position;

(7) Operate the remote control to control the position of the fully electric transfer vehicle, so that the semi-trailer is located below the lifting gantry for easy loading;

(8) Press the "descent" button on the remote control to control the fully electric transfer vehicle to complete the container loading operation and then drive out of the fully electric operated transfer vehicle.
